Register for the MySupport service using the form on the right. Once you have completed your registration a MySupport nurse will be in touch.

When you register with the MySupport programme you will be sent a welcome pack containing a variety of helpful items. These include:

MyDiary: Week-by-week treatment diary and injection tracker for people with MS prescribed Rebif®

You can download these resources once you have a login for this site or you can call the MySupport Helpline on the relevant freephone number below to request these guides.
